Quartz infrared heater element is particularly effective in systems where rapid heater response and zone controlled heating is required.They have a broad emission spectrum and cover various absorption ranges.Ceramic insulators provide positive electrical insulation.  The elements are used for curing, baking and drying applications and capable of reaching full heat in 40 to 65 seconds.  Watt densities of 50 watts per square inch (8 w/cm2)

1.Short-wave infrared

Wavelength between 0.8-1.4um is short-wave infrared,near-infrared or high-infrared     ( tungsten as heating unit);  

2.Medium-wave infrared

Wavelength between 1.4-4.0um is medium-wave infrared or IR infrared ( iron  chrome alloy  wire  as  heating unit).

3.Long-wave infrared

Wavelength between 4.0-1000um is long-wave infrared,far infrared or quartz carbon fiber infrared(carbon fiber as heating unit)
